McDonald's

I came in and ordered my food. They got us our food about 10 minutes in and didn’t hand us our drinks. I waited another 10 minutes and mentioned to the staff member in the picture if they could please get us our drinks. This person had a horrible attitude and said, “umm can you like wait!” I said, “yes I have been waiting and that’s why I’m asking. Can you please grab our drinks for us?” This person basically shrugged me off with her hand, saying “ugh get out of here.” I asked another staff what their name was and he was like, I can’t give you their name. Wow.. okay great service McDonald’s crew. Since I didn’t get their name, a picture will do. Picture below. (Oh and they forgot my 4 piece chicken nuggets on top of all of that.)

Can you give a negative rating? Manager hung up on me twice! I’m not one to complain who ever she is needs to be fired very rude and on top of it I’m extremely allergic to dairy and when I told them what happened all she could say was you can come back in. I’m no where near the store anymore and I’m not even planing on being near the place again. Stay away full of homeless guys out front begging for food and money and then being treated like trash my management. No thank you. I’ll take my business else where.

At 11:31 pm 11/27/23, i received the best customer service. I did not get her name, but she was wearing a low bun with glasses and asked if I wanted more ketchup. You are so sweet. Good bless you! Thank you so much.

I deliver food from 11pm to 3am. I can always pick up food from this McDonald’s. Except for this woman, she REFUSED to give me the food every time and closed the pickup window. She wouldn’t talk to me and pretend to call cops. I recorded a video and showed the video to her manager, her manager didn’t do anything.

We went in after dinner and got 2 double quarter pounder meals. My first negative thing to see is when I went to fill up our cups the employee working to clean the lobby area was looking at me with disgust in her face. She told me that we were in the wrong store. The second thing was the Manager of the store came behind the counter and was harassing a customer for getting ice in his cup as a 3rd refill. He told the customer that if he tried to get anything else he would have the cops called on him and would physically fight him. It ruined my appetite and we left not even halfway through our meals. I understand that the location of the store is not ideal, but there is no excuse for a manager to ever threaten a customer. Not even if they were homeless and rude and didn't pay anything. As I stated, the food was cooked right and it was hot when we got it. The customer service was very poor. I think they need to be trained better and I think they should have a new manager.
