Guess they forgot to inform everyone that they changed the recipe for the BigMac. It’s a burger, guess $15 an hours can’t even get people to make a simple burger.

I arrived first at the establishment as a DoorDash driver. However, despite my early presence, the staff prioritized other customers, serving them promptly while disregarding my time and skipping my order entirely. This resulted in an unfortunate 30-minute wait for a burger, which is contrary to the expectation of quick service associated with fast-food establishments. Additionally, the staff's demeanor was notably unpleasant throughout the experience.

Love Ms. Maya!!! So friendly and got every tiny detail of my order right with no reminding or asking. On point friend!!! The rest of the staff who had no reason to even glance my way with their busy selves all did so anyways and I got big bright GENUINE smiles all around. You guys brightened my morning!! Thank you so much!!! Oh yes and let me add that they were on top of all the numerous orders too!! Super fast service. Super busy in and out of store but had time to pay personal attention to me. I was just some rando unknown older lady to them. Great team right there!! You guys are what perfect service is all about. THE textbook example. Way impressed!!! Whoever monitors your socials please show this special morning team this review. You are blessed to have this team for real. Recognize them in some special way because that staff is full of keepers my friend. Lucky to have each one of them. And let me also add... I rarely review and I'm now I'm even a bit late for work for taking the time to do so. I have zero cares or regrets about that because this review needed to be here. I didn't want to "do it later" or forget and not do it at all.

I went inside because the drive through was way too long. I ordered my food on the automatic machine. Now there were multiple other people in there that had been waiting for a while supposedly. Well my order came rather quickly. But one fellow was so upset at the service, I'm guessing they had been waiting for a bit. So I turn around cause he was complaining about something. Well he poured his whole drink on a table. Where customer's sit to eat. I don't think I've ever seen that happen in person. Well I got my food pretty fast. I then heard one girl customer say something to the manager who was being obviously slow, and was being accused of being on her cell phone. Well I'm making my drink, and I hear coming from the back where they prepare our food. This lady, I'm thinking it was The manager. She asked the customer what do you need honey? Lolol. This customer got really upset and said flat out I'm not your honey. So I about to leave and these people just walked out without their orders. And I'm pretty sure they had paid for their orders. Thru just left to their vehicles. It didn't end there, they were still being talked to when they were at the car. I dunno what happened after this, I just Left in a hurry, lol

This place used to be great. Somewhere between 1-2 years ago, everything changed. I tried to order inside one time and there was no line and yet I still had to wait 45 minutes to place my order, even with more than enough staff, so I just didn’t order. It just didn’t make sense. My friend had to wait an hour and a half for their order of 2 cheeseburgers, and they only got one, and they forgot the fries and drinks. Nowadays, the only chance you will get your order somewhat on time is if you go through the drive thru because they normally don’t even let you inside anymore. And if you go through the drive thru, expect half of your order to be missing. The last 3 times I have ordered mcdonald’s from a food delivery service, it was always someone else’s order. I actually don’t know how this place hasn’t gone out of business yet. Also I forgot, the food is always raw or old. No in between.
