McDonald's

I have been to this McDonald’s several times since it re-opened. I went through the drive thru and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and ketchup only and a blue raspberry slushy icy thing. I drive all the way home, get my food out and sit down to eat. Like I was starving, I bit into my burger and was mortified at the taste. It was UNCOOKED!! I’m not talking about a little pink, it was rare! I immediately spit the disgusting bite out and tried to contact the facility. It rang several times and I got an auto response that the mailbox was full. I hung up and tried to call back 3 more times and those 3 times it no longer rang, it went straight to the “mailbox is full” message and disconnected. My teenagers ask for McDonald’s all the time and my response will be a h-e-double hockey sticks NO!! If you do continue to go to this location, check your food before you dive into a bite!

The only good service at this location was the self serve kiosk. The entire dining room was dirty and filthy. I had to ask for a towel to wipe off our table, because almost all the tables were dirty. When I mentioned to the male manager the dirty dining room, he said, "We're doing the best we can." If you are doing the best you can, than your dining room only reflects your best, which is poor. I watched to see when things slowed down if they would clean, they did not. If you want to eat in filth, this is your place. If you are drive-thru, then no worries.

Ordered a biscuit meal... usually love these, the worst biscuit ever. Very hard these are atleast 3-4 days old. Service was excellent. Please do something about this issue.

I work late nights and I got to McDonald's around 3:15 this morning and was told they were rebooting their system and that it would be around 15mins, so I pull in and park and wait. I gave them 20mins so I drive back up to drive Thur and get told they can't take any orders, and that they are changing over to breakfast this is around 3:40am . I've worked McDonald's before and I know breakfast doesn't start till 5am, definitely mad over the situation.

Be nice the workers actually did their job I've waited in line over 30 mins and not a single person answers to the drive thru (Edit: Would be smart of the managers position to either hire more or do better on making schedule. There absolutely no reason to stress your employees like this or this store is gonna fall
