Service was quick, and food was hot. As a matter of fact, the fries were delicious. They did not have that old oil taste.

It’s says online the store closes at 11:30PM I’ve always come at here at 10:40PM after work but always get the cold shoulder by waiting by the intercom or the employee will just turn off the lights on me without any acknowledgment. This is horrible service probably the worse McDonald’s in west haven.

Honestly, website says closes at 11:30. Doordash said closed at 10. When I showed up and went through the drive through at 10:30 the girl at the speaker told me they closed early. Very annoying, please update your website or hire more employees so you don’t have to close the store earlier .

I like the place. But every time I visit the drive thru I have to pull over and wait for my order.

It took forever to receive my order. There was a line of cars in the drive-through. I ended up backing up to the end of the line. It's too bad that I find more negative than positive.
