McDonald's

Food was fine, but I had to request ketchup and napkins. There were napkin dispensers, but both were empty and crammed in a corner. Same with drinks- most McDonald's have self-serve fountains, but not here. (Guessing that was removed during Covid and never re-installed?) And this location is very difficult to get in/out. Clean restrooms but no paper towels, only blow dryers. Do yourself a favor and go a couple miles down the freeway.

Worst customer service! I asked for fine in, they bagged it to go, didn't give any napkins and then blatantly ignored me and another customer when we tried to ask for napkins because they had NO condiments in the dining area!

They screwed up my order so bad but this was the first McDonald's I had ever been to in a long time that actually greeted you with a smile. It was noticeable. Never seen anything like it. Would go back if my mcchickens didn't get messed up 😭

Visited this location last week around 7:30pm. We were the only customers inside and the drive thru appeared slow. Theres tons of seating inside but almost every table was dirty. At this particular store you have to use the self-order kiosks. No biggie. When our order was called I asked for one sauce from the employee. They lady dished out the most obvious eye-roll when I asked. It pained her to help. Lol. The food is what you imagine from a McDoanlds. Solid but still McDonalds.

Could not understand the young lady on the drive through speaker. Asked her twice to speak more clearly. Couldn't tell if she was mumbling or stifling a laugh. Finally pulled over and ordered with the app. My order was very slow coming out and was not very warm when I got it. I know better than stopping at this location. My mistake.
