McDonald's

Food has gotten nasty over the years. My favorite used to be chicken nuggets but overtime the chicken started tasting like mystery meat. I hate that they always forget something in my orders. I always ask for ranch but they only give barbecue. I hate that I have to constantly remind them and still get barbecue. Is it that hard to give ranch? Do you guys secretly love it too and try your best to prevent people from having any ranch? Just give me my dang ranch!!!! Also I hate how you changed the place. Used to have a place for kids now it looks corporate. The design change outside is ugly too. Also stop letting homeless people stand in front of the drive through please. I can’t tell you the amount of times I have to hide the food I ordered because they look at you like you’re a monster if you don’t give them the bag you just PAID for.

I keep trying with this location because my 30 minute lunch break and shakey California economic times forces me to be frugal at work. The first time I asked for no onions and it still gave me onions despite that it’s a bloating food item and not good to eat onions at work. I called and complained, but got no where. I then went today and it must be coincidence, but every time I use my rewards, I get awful food. Today I ordered a spicy chicken with free medium fries and drink. I literally got so disgusted that my food was just uneatable. My fries were brown and soggy, my sandwich was completely burnt with a burnt taste my bread was also burnt on the inside. The lettuce was brown and tasted old. I tried to eat because of my time frame for lunch, but I could not bite into the sandwich anymore because part of it was so burned, I couldn’t get the piece chewed through. I’m done. I can’t let this happen. If I’m going to be with future health problems from eating fast food at least the quality should be great! Sheesh!

It's McDonald's but compared to others the staff here are far kinder than anywhere else. They are understanding and patient. Never had a bad experience at this location

This has to be the only McDonald's inLA that has issues with their system. Every time I go there for a late bite they can never accept mobile orders. The last time I did that and paid with cash they still accepted the mobile order so I got charged twice and had to go through my bank to get the card charge off. The kid is very unprofessional this is the second time he's tried to scam me by paying for an order I already paid for.

The cashier was nice and friendly. The food was good 👍 ordered the buy one double cheese burger, buy one for .29$ from the mcdonalds app. Overall, I would come back here again.
