Staff Service was awesome, indoor seating was also nice, however they made a mistake in the Big Mac that I ordered, which they corrected right away. Drive-Thru is recommended because parking is very limited.

We stopped at McDonald's around 8:10 PM, and it turned out to be a truly awful experience. Even though there were several employees, they took an incredibly long time to handle our straightforward order. We noticed that the manager on duty was "Jackie” While I don't expect five-star service at McDonald's, the way they treated us was disheartening. We ordered a "hot coffee," but what we got was anything but hot; it was stone-cold. When we politely asked if we could have a fresh cup, their response was filled with anger and rudeness. One of the employees, wearing a black shirt, claimed, "This was brewed right now," which was hard to believe given the temperature. So, we had to insist on getting another cup of coffee, and they made us feel like we were the problem. After some time, they finally put the coffee in the microwave, but even that took longer than expected. This experience left me deeply disappointed. I understand that work can be tough, but that doesn't justify treating customers poorly. I couldn't help but notice that others who simply wanted to use the restroom or asked basic questions about ordering and payment were also met with hostility. It's clear that the overall attitude at this McDonald's needs some serious improvement. It seemed like they had a substantial number of employees, but unfortunately, it appeared that many of them were not attentive to the customers. Ideally, employees should strike a balance between their tasks in the back and checking the front to ensure that customers are being served promptly and with courtesy. Ignoring customers completely is not a good practice in any customer service setting.

Raw Chicken Nuggets served here! If you want Salmonella this is the place to be. They gave me a refund and kicked me out. I wrote down my number but they clearly wanted to do nothing about it.

Looks like chicken nuggets bite piece served, change one is not complete cooked. I got terrible chicken nuggets never ever. Atmosphere is bad needed more organized.

Food was beyond soggy and cold, this is how I received my large fry…not a single fry in the bag either. Less than a small fry in a large container…Kind of pathetic. Get it together.
