I ordered a Strawberry shake through their app it was good a little too sweet for my taste but still good

Don’t go inside. They will always serve the drive through first. The drive through will often wrap around the building there making some go inside for faster service. Well it’s not faster. The food is always Hot & Fresh so that’s the 3 stars. I’ve seen some things that wouldn’t be in compliance however the offenders weren’t near the food. However I think they often should remember they work in food service. Example, the lady in the yellow picked up stuff off the floor and didn’t wash her hands. The lady in the red willed her nose with the back of her hand but didn’t wash her hands after. Idk… just pray over your food.

This is a review about a corporate franchise. I’m not going to tell you. It’s a five star restaurant. I’m going to read it versus other McDonald’s franchise locations. It’s the best within 30 miles. Period. I deliver for Uber eats and GrubHub and I’ve been to them all. This location is a top-notch McDonald’s. The owner has hired plenty of staff. They have two lanes going, and even with five cars in each lane, your wait won’t be long. With operations like McDonald’s it’s all about accuracy and speed. Since McDonald’s has everything, automated in terms of cooking, the employees job is basically assembly, and speed. Are usually count more than 20 employees that I can see. I also order every day for myself from the drive-through, and of course, all day I deliver. The day deliveries are picked up inside the store, so I get an excellent view of the operation. Late night my pick ups are at the drive-through, and it doesn’t matter time of day, everything is efficient. Also, unlike other McDonald’s in the area, it’s high school kids and families. Seriously no unsavory folks hanging around, so it’s very safe. If you’re looking for McDonald’s, and you’re in the area, this is the one to go to.

This is the worst location for mobile ordering. I order through the app for curbside pick up and I have to end up picking it inside myself. I will sit and wait 20 minutes and no one comes out.

So McDonald's food is everything America has come to expect over the past 7+ decades. Last time at this McDonald's I was not impressed by the service. But this time everyone was very friendly, and the order was accurate. After looking for condiments near the sodas and not finding any, I sat down to eat, only to be greeted by the person who took my order with a number of ketchup packets in her outstretched hand, and a smile. Well done Meriden East Side. Well done.
