Great customer service from the cashier. Received order fast. Food hot and fresh… Very busy lunch environment but too many people working with nothing covering their hair, beard, mustache. As I was eating my food lord behold I found a hair on my fries. I threw the whole order away and we ended up going somewhere else on the way home. That was so disappointing and the only reason I gave 3 star!

Waited for an hour with few people in the drive thru and they have no remorse, just oops we were busy with (with not customers) Edit: they came out and said we closed for a bit, I can wait till they are ready for them to re open. It’s been over an hour. They are just hanging out inside doing nothing. Lazy lazy lazy. I can see them inside the windows. 1 star for life.

Didn’t eat here, only was there for a short few minutes to use the bathroom. And I have to say that I was very disappointed. The toilet tissue dispenser was empty so I had tried calling the store within the bathroom to ask for some. That was unsuccessful because the stores phone doesn’t work. I then resorted to using the hand paper towels along the wall. Never have I ever😭. When you first walk in the restaurant there is nothing but receipts on the ground. I could only imagine how the food taste. Definitely not a sit-in restaurant because there were no charging stations available

We stopped in today for a snack and the employee that took care of us had a super personality. He asked us to sit down and delivered our food to us, checked back on our table (and other diners)several times, asking if he could get us anything else and took our tray to dispose for us. We were amazed as he went above and beyond, the typical fast food experience. I’m kicking myself since I’ve forgotten this gentleman’s name but, wanted to make sure he did get some recognition as he said that they were short handed. Between the two of us, we’ve had over 40 years of serving experience ourselves and it was a pleasant surprise.

Honestly , the experience that I had was completely disgusting. Ordered a mobile order while in the drive thru waiting for 20 minutes. Only for my order to be cold after an additional 30 minutes to receive the food. The staff was disrespectful and told me that the worker in the back was dumb because she didn’t check our orders on. Then proceeded to yell at us saying “ she wasn’t a mind reader” when she was confused on what the order was and wanted us to repeat the order back to her. Experience was trash, will not be back.
