McDonald's

Takes a lot for me to be impressed by a McDonald's but this place is doing things right. Came in with my two young daughters for some Happy Meals and some quality play place time. Took them to the bathroom to wash up and the order was at our table 30 seconds after we sat down during the 12:00-13:00 lunch rush. Crazy fast, hot and delicious. Play place was clean to a standard I didn't think possible in a fast food restaurant. Manager and this team must really care about this restaurant and take pride in serving the Blackfoot community. We will be back, frequently.

I was having a bad day with other fast food places in my area and decided to get a hot chocolate from McDonalds. I ordered online and unfortunately they where cleaning the machine and my order was unable to be completed but the awesome manager Sarah was willing to do anything to make it right. I have never been more satisfied with customer service.

I would leave a half star if it would let me. So when I took my 3 children to dine in for dinner, they wanted to play so I let them. There was only one other family in there with 2 young kids that let then take there apple juice into the play place. I watched one of the boys dump it on the bottom step and the lady yelled at him to stop and she didn't clean it up. So I went and asked an employee if they could wipe it due to my kids still being at the top and she said ok. Well I waited about 10 min and then no one showed up, I had to lift my kids off the toy. Apon arriving I noticed all the tables were dirty and had to wipe my own table off. When were leaving I noticed there was not another person in the place and about 2 employees that I could see. This makes me very upset and I don't think I will be going back to this location. And that being said this is one of my children favorite places but I explained that we won't be going anymore.

I order a quarter pounder with cheese only every time I go here, and over the last 6 months, I have had 1 that was done right, and that was only because they forgot my whole order. How hard can it be to get a plain burger with cheese only on it???? Please teach your cooks it is ok to cook a plain burger. I hate nothing more than getting home and my food is wrong.

So far out of 7 times trying this one they’ve managed to get my food right once. The fries are ALWAYS cold and old, when you get it through DoorDash you don’t get napkins straws or sauce, but they’re one of less than 5 options here otherwise they wouldn’t get my business.
