McDonald's

I wish I could give zero stars. I order online at 10pm. Store is open until 11pm. I get there at 1015pm. Staff refused to give me food the store was closed with all the lights off. Thanks for stealing 15 bucks.

Often okay but stopped in after kids soccer practice and they forgot my burger even after asking the drive thru worker if it was all there and he said yes... got home and not there. Tried to get refund and the app I ordered on informed me to contact the store. Called and left message ... no response yet. Not holding my breath.

I know I have grown up but I definitely think this Big Mac has shrunk LOL like maybe they should call it the Little Mac now

I made an app order for pickup in the drive thru. All that went off without a hitch. I gotta say, the rolls, or buns, on the quarter pounder and the Big Mac? Dry as hell. Not as I remember from years ago. Just dry and nasty.

Ordered my nugget meal at the kiosk and was greeted with curse words from the staff behind the counter as they joked and laughed with each other. When I spoke to manager about the inapproapriate language she did nothing. I told her to speak to her staff now to correct their behavior. Instead the rude tall employee told me I didn't know what I was talking about and get on. This is the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's ever. I'll never go back. McDonald's was always known for its great service. Well that's gone, along with the fast food and low prices. What is the point?!?
