McDonald's

I have just been at this Mc donalds at 700 4th st. Wilmington DE 19801, I arrive and say my order through the drive thrue at 8:32 pm I tell the employee my order number, she tells me to park in front of the store, I wait about 40 minutes, I go to the window in the front door and tell the employee the lady in the drive thru send me to here, the employee tells me I don't know? Because? This is only for doordash, and i explain again that she was the one who sent me, I've been waiting for my order for 40 minutes, she told me again that I have to go to the drive thru for that! I go back to the drive thru I tell her the employee my order number, I get to the window and tell her look I've been waiting for my order for 40 minutes in the parking lot, and she just said sorry I thought you were a doordash I tell her but how can you think that I am a doordash, I ordered my order through the McDonald's app, not through the doordash app, well, after 3 more minutes they give me my order, I asked for the double jalapeño QPC, the gentleman who seems to have made it gives me the order, he looked at me badly, as if I had done something wrong and as if I should apologize for their incompetence, i leave the place I'm going home, when I check the food, the burn potatoes and the double cheesy jalapeño QPC, they gave it to me without Jalapeño... these people were the worst customer service and the worst quality of food...

Service sucks,music way to loud so you could hardly hear the staff when ordering and 2 staff members were out front taking a smoke break no big deal, right? Not if you don't mind smelling Marijuana being smoke from a cigar wrapper. Needs a major tune up and if you need any street drugs you can always find a local pusher out in the parking lot

I waited for semi Luke warm food. Customer service is terrible. How hard is it to say good morning or have a nice day🙄 it'll be great if McDonald's brought the machines out here. No more bad customer service and I'm sure my food would be hot. They'll be upset if they lose the job but why work there when you cannot do the basics of your job?

I use to dread going here because it took too long for them to take your order, deal with the attitudes, and the wait forever for your food, only to find out it was either not your food or they forgot to give you something. Who ever the manager is now, keep it up. I get in and out of here much quicker and my food , so far, has been right.

Food was normal McDonald's food, arrived to a cashier talking with other customer/friend, was not greeted, I asked for 2number 3s, was told "you have to order at the kiosk" my response was "oh ok". I ordered and the food came in a timely matter. As I was leaving the cashier was actually taking an order from someone else, I won't be going here anymore
