I found this to be one of the most run-down, depressing locations I've ever been to, if not the winner.
The soda fountain does not work at all, the floors were dirty, and the eating area was a mess (which helps explain why no one was eating there.
I'm honestly surprised at how bad it was. Is this a franchised location that doesn't get looked at or a corporate location that was forgotten?
Extremely dirty, while they are slow they don’t send anyone out in lobby to clean. I ordered table service and they made me walk up to the counter to grab my order and had it bagged when it says done in. They only gave me 9 nuggets instead of 10. They had a spill when I walked in and it was still there when I was leaving after 30 min.
I was standing first in line along with two other people.. I was there patiently waiting for someone to come and take my order. There were THREE employees (two managers) just standing off to the side gossiping about a party they went to.. they weren't doing anything while talking just standing there talking to each other. They also made eye contact with me a few times but didn't bother to say I'll be right there,that's all I was waiting for!! I decided to wait a little longer just to see how long they're going to make us wait while they finish their conversation not doing a thing but no still didn't happen so I had to leave!! I am so appalled it's not even funny!
Am so disappointed in this location, especially in the morning .
There is this old lady who says she is also the morning manager.
She is at the drive thru.
She is always rude. I am not sure if she is like that with every person or is just me.
This morning, I stopped there for a coffee she did not take my order, but when I pulled to pay there, she was, and she did not want to take my coupon in very rude manner like always. I hate to see people with this type of attitude at a customer service.

A morning bad experience at this McDonald's.
This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I went in for two breakfast sandwiches and a frappe. Nothing too crazy. I ordered through the app so by the time I get there it would be done or close to done. I pull up to mobile curbside pickup and wait 20 minutes!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed there was a breakfast rush but I just keep seeing cars alongside me get there orders and leave. After I hit the 20 min mark I decide to go in and check on my order. Only to find out it was sitting out and nobody had given it to me. I ask the cashier how long my frappe would take to be ready (that was the only thing I was waiting on now) he didn’t give me an answer and proceeded to walk away to bag other orders. At this point it’s been well over 30 minutes. I continued to ask about my frappe and I was being understanding knowing that breakfast rushes can get busy but I was not getting any answer. I eventually gave up and asked the cashier if I could just get a refund for the frappe so I can head out. This is when the cashier said “oh okay I’ll go make it right now” so this whole time he was fully capable of making it knowing I have been waiting well over 40 minutes for my order. At this point my food went cold and the worst of all is when I got home I noticed that my breakfast sandwiches were completely wrong. They gave me a whole different sandwich. I didn’t bother to go back or even call to fix it, I wasn’t willing to stand in line again for another half an hour.
