I ordered online and was preoccupied and drove right past the speaker. When I got to the window I told him what had happened and they brought it out to me very quickly Nice place to go and good deals on the app.

I've never seen patties so thin in my entire life! What happened to ordering a hamburger... where's the meat? Which dishes do I recommend... the Frappuccino

Ordered 2 medium mocha frappes, a medium chocolate shake, and 2 medium fries. Received the frappes, which were awesome, but I don't know what the milkshake was....it was chocolate colored water with whipped topping on it. Didn't get the fries because the person taking the order keyed in 2 teas. I don't know what in the world they were doing inside, but it wasn't their job. And this was around 4:30pm not rush hours. I wouldn't want to know how incorrect orders are during those times. Very disappointed.

Employees are rude and get an attitude when THEY are the ones who messed up an order. The place is under construction and my husband had to go to the door when they left stuff out of our bag and the employees had a terrible attitude and just kept their own personal conversations going as he tried to get our food.
