McDonald's

These people have the worst customer service ever. Their bathrooms are disgusting, and the back of the store where they store product is unsanitary... I'm speaking for experience. The video that I shared is sewer coming up through the back stock room.

Chicken nuggets and French fries were hot and fresh, but quarter pounder with cheese was lukewarm as if it's been sitting for a bit. Restaurant including restrooms was very clean! Customer service was good.

The fries were hot crispy and perfectly cooked. I will say that it is frustrating that there is no counter really to order at. You can see the employees preparing the food but no one comes to the counter, there are no sign saying order at the kiosk only, etc. Once I eventually had human contact the employee was quite pleasant. Probably more of a corporate initiative but not sure I like the way it was executed at store level.

I come to McDonald's at least three times a week. Today I was so disappointed. I went thru drive. I was shorted one blueberry muffin,an small order of fries, I asked for extra ice on my iced latte and that did not happen, hardly any ice. My husband got a double cheeseburger and it was so messy,it had ketchup smeared on the burger and in the wrapper. Maybe they were short handed but I spent over $20 and did not get what I ordered also they did not give me a receipt. I must say you have some good employees most of the time but if I don't tell u u can't fix it. Also I tried to call but no one would answer,they picked up and hung up. Thanks for listening. We stopped by after the races and the lobby was closed.We were in a big hauler and couldn't go through the drive through but the lady told us to walk to the window and she'll take our order.
