Skipped our turn and helped a larger family than my daughter and I. An employee said she called my name, I told her she did not as we were standing by the counter, turned around to another employee and asked if our name was called she said it was so I was accused of being a lier 😡 then I said where is our food since it's done and our name was called twice No Answer and No food until the larger family was served and since they ordered after us! I ordered and paid for a Large Drink but I got a Small Drink, I asked an employee and was told this small cup was a large cup! On two separate occasions I didn't get Fries 🍟

I always go to mcdonalds, especially this one, they do a great job!! But Lately the food portions are out of control, I always get a large fry and they are only filling it up half way, why am I paying more for less? It's a bummer.

The food is usually a let down. The locations and hours are great, since most are 24 hrs. The customer service is generally okay since most of the staff are usually polite.

Very dirty inside. They definitely need to have a cleaner in there. The floors were sticky, the glass was yucky, the tables were gross. The trash was overflowing. Kids enjoyed the play land. Just need to clean up the place more.

Sure did slop together a fish fillet... Half of the half of cheese was hanging off the bun... And I know it's only half a slice of cheese that's called for on the fillet, how have we not questioned WHY? Why is it not a whole slice of cheese? Sandwich tasted ok despite the hot mess it looked. Fries were ok.
