I ordered a large sized meal and received half my fries. I asked to have my drink filled all the way because initially it wasn't filled all the way, so they added more ice? I spent nearly 30 dollars this trip, it would be nice if I received my money's worth.

It took 30 minutes to get my food 2 meals and a happy meal. The happy meal didn't have the disney toy like I order. I will never go to that mcdonald's even if it's the last place open.

This location has gotten bad. I use to get my cravings here often. But from just blunt responses about their app not working from giving you the wrong items, it’s just not what I was accustomed to. On 2 separate days I tried using a rewards code from the app, they told me to go to the window and it never went through. Employees really need training.

I just have to say this. I agree wholeheartedly that mcds HAD THE BEST fries.... the key word being "HAD"!!! Now it is a very, very RARE occasion that I find a mcds that actually has good fries! But that's not the ONLY problem with THIS specific mcds (downtown Bristol,CT location/n.main st). The place is a magnet for local homeless and/or addicts to harass customers for drug money on your way in/out! I even got approached IN THE DRIVE THRU! I can't even make this stuff up!!! And tbh I'd rather deal with THEM than the staff at Mcds any day! The staff is rude, obtuse, lazy, disrespectful, unprofessional, and act like you are the biggest burden in their life!! I honestly could go on. The biggest issue here is the management ! They are worse than the pee ons! They act like you should be ashamed of yourself for going there expecting them to serve YOU! like, WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!!!?! AND HOW DARE U!!!?! The food is rarely made correctly, and my order has gotten passed over or forgotten more times than I care to count. So, in conclusion, go down the road to burger king! Or turn around and go to Subway! But mcds nasty parasite food is not worth it!! But if you enjoy the intestinal discomfort after eating their poison, go to southington on queen st!! Just sayin

Service here is always slow, especially for food services like DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. Food usually turns out good, no complaints there. But it would be nice to get help from workers, especially when you can just about look them in the eyes and still get no greeting.
