McDonald's

This place is horrible about sticking the fries back in the grease. This is literally the 3rd time and I’m fed up. And it’s always at night. I need my money back or a replacement for all 5 fries I got that was greasy. And they never answer the phone. I love the Alcoa location much better, if your going in the evening.

The Bryant Arkansas afternoon shift seems like it's being managed by a bunch of immature 9th and 10th graders who are being inconvenienced from social hour to rudely run the drive-thru and with as to be expected the last 5times I've been with an order consisting $23-$27 each time...THEY NEVER GET IT RIGHT AND/OR UNDERCOOKED. Yesterday I tried the new peanut butter crunch mcflurry I ordered a small and all it was was Vanilla Ice cream in a small cup with a little tiny bit of peanut butter stuff sprinkled on the top and when I say a little bit I mean not even a 1/2 of a teaspoon worth Of stuff that is supposed to be mixed into the ice cream, not as a topping. And when I said something about it, I was given attitude bc i asked for it to be stirred-I did not even ask for a new one. so I just told them never mind give it back to me. It was supposed to be a treat for my daughter who had a terrible first day of Kindergarten and I just left very upset and angry Because I had a 5year old Autistic child in the back seat whose day was completely out of sync which caused manic episides the rest of the day because her mcflurry wasn't right. I don't even bother calling and complaining because nothing ever happens. I'm offered complimentary Discount or free item on my next order, and I've Never had success on claiming the promo. I've bout had it with my trips to McDonald's which really sucks because we all love the franchise... But the negative experiences are starting to outweigh the good. I think that the young teeny-bopper high school immature atmosphere matched with their rudeness Pushes a lot of customers to not returning.

It is hit and miss here. Food is usually pretty good. The last few times, orange juice didn't work, or it was warm, not cold. Same people most mornings, no matter how bad your day is going, you should show respect and acknowledge the customers.

I honestly wish there was a zero star option, I went through the drive through at 10:40 after placing a mobile order, the lights were still on, someone had just ordered a minute before, they shut the lights off as I was waiting for someone to answer the headset, but no one ever answered, pulled up to the window, asked why no one answered and lights were shut off as they do not close until 11pm, and just got told, well, we can't ring it up anymore, while the little boy just grinned like it was funny, but not one reason why they were closing early, didn't even get a manager to speak to. This is not the first time they've done it, it's happened to my sister as well. It's getting ridiculous, this store has terrible service. They need to start being trained better.

The food is decent for McDonald’s standards but the service is awful. There’s always rude kids working and almost every time I go to get food for our four kids we are missing something. I can’t stress the rudeness enough. They don’t talk to you in the drive thru. They just expect you to stare and wait to receive your food instead of a simple “here you go sir” or anything along those lines. They also don’t practice proper sanitation and took the wrong bag of food back inside to re-serve to someone else.
