McDonald's

They took their prices up like everywhere else...I think that's why I'm so upset about the whole $20 bag of cold stale food. I got a burger, nuggets, and fries to play my odds thinking at least one or two items would be good.... nope. Seems like leftovers from the lunch rush. Fries taste like saltless cardboard. You see no salt on my desk from the fries. Like I'm so sad and disappointed right now. This was my cheat day. 😭😭😭

I dropped by McDonald’s on the way home. The drive thru was backed up, so I parked and went in. I had already ordered on the app and took a trip to the restroom. The restroom was spotless and well stocked. I took a look around while I waited on my order and found the dining area and fountain/tea area to be clean. Service wasn’t fast but it wasn’t slow either. The employees were friendly. I got a McDouble, fries, the new Mambo sauce and Sweet and Spicy Jam, with a mocha frappe. Everything was hot and delicious. I really can not choose between the new sauces. Both were fantastic on fries and burger. If you aren’t a fan of spice, you could probably still enjoy this. Both are spicy without being too hot. Sweet and Spicy is the mildest of the two. I really hope they keep these two because they are so good. The mocha frappe was the best thing. It was perfectly sweet and spicy.

The person on the speaker and the person at the second window was kinda rude the person at the first window that took the money was ok but all did not seem like they cared about their job. I ordered a big mac combo and 4 piece kids mean with sweet and sour sauce. I got my food and checked the bags the kids meal didn't have sweet and sour sauce so I had to ask for it. I got home to give my toddler her food and opened the chicken nuggets and there was five nuggets one that had been bitten off of and had sauce on it. It was disgusting! Never going back to this McDonald's! Have tried to call to talk to someone but their phone keeps coming up with busy dial. Gonna go up there later t try and get my money back!

Now I understand why this store is rated so incredibly low. Stopped in this afternoon (3pm on a Wednesday). Stood at the front register for several minutes, not acknowledged. Finally an employee, or manager, i really couldn't tell, trudged over. Looking at me with no smile, I spoke to her first to begin my to go order. A Filet- o- Fish combo...."I ain't got no fish today" was the reply. What? Who's doing your ordering there. And who's training your customer facing staff? Gotta tell you, I'm rooting for the robots in situations like this.

Employee would not let me use "20% off" deal on the app even though my subtotal was $5 and gave me wrong dipping sauce. Rude and dismissive.
