McDonald's

Got there at the wrong time the high school next-door just let out. The kids acted like animals. Foul language yelling and way too many of them. They were standing in the middle of the parking lot and would not move i had to drive around them to leave. Stood in line for 20 min.and just left. Workers acted like they were all new and didnt know what to do. I will not go back

I have encountered 3 bad customer service with their manager on duty. Today, I do a curbside pick up order, I arrive, check in into the app, and I wait. It’s been 20 minutes, I reach out to the gentleman doing to deliveries to the car and stated that I’ve been waiting for a while now. He apologizes and says he’ll come back die to him doing an order. I wait another 15 minutes, still nothing. So I decided to go inside and speak to someone, luckily the manager on duty was available, unfortunately I didn’t get her name but it was a Hispanic women, she was rude. Not once did she apologize or acknowledge the issue. Just asked what was my order, I tell her and then tells me to park. So I go ahead and park, i waiting about 5 minutes and they bring out my order. The bag had my name and time that I place my order at 2:05 and I didn’t get it until 2:45. And they still didn’t bother to make my order fresh, they just gave me the bag that has been sitting there for 30 minutes. My food was cold and they forgot my sons apply juice. Ridiculous manager, she needs to be retrained because that’s not acceptable. I chose to not go back because my son was already agitated by being in the car so long. So I recommend of doubling checking your order to make sure your food isn’t old and cold. They don’t care about their customers in this location.

We wanted to take my God Daughter and Son to McDonald's in San Jacinto. My God Daughter was very excited. The food was good as usual, but the Customer service was horrible. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my food to be ready. We were eating inside the seating area. I opened my bag of food, and noticed they forgot one of the items I ordered. They didn't believe me when I told them I did NOT get 1 of the items I ordered. I showed the employee my receipt, showing I paid for the item. They finally gave me my cheeseburger after almost another 10 minutes. I have always loved taking my Family to McDonald's , but I think I will avoid going back to this location.

You don't expect much from McDonald's but this place was exceptionally terrible. The egg mcmuffin was raw from the inside. They didn't even have coffee made in the morning at 7am. Really? No coffee? Won't be visiting again. Also, egg was raw when I ordered the muffin.

Julie, the manager is a complete non-professional, rude and a total nightmare individual. Please do better on the hiring the management staff, especially when working with customer service. I have no idea how she became in management with her personality. Food was cold and undercooked. Please do better. If you are coming to this location, think about going to a different McDonald's where they actually prepare your food cooked and not completely undercooked.
