McDonald's

Extremely slow service as usual...I had to say hello into the speaker to get their attention while 4 more cars were waiting behind me. The cashier took so long at window 1, the customer behind me honked and a little later asked me if I was stuck amd couldn't move. I let her know I was still waiting for the cashier. After paying I picked up my food at window 2 at which the cashier didn't greet before or after handing me my food and closing the window. This seems to be the only McDonald's in the valley that doesn't sell Happy Meal toys alone. This McDonald's has a high turn over rate and the new crew never seems to be trained appropriately. I hadn't visited this location in over a year when I lived in this area, nothing has changed.

I ordered a hamburger it took 15 minutes. When I asked the girl about my order is she responded pretty snotty matter. I told her I'm the one that should be upset waiting 15 minutes for a hamburger., she got me my hamburger and toss the bag to me. Another one behind the counter dropped an F-bomb while standing at the cash register I wasn't the only one with issues. Maybe this McDonald's needs to train their employees on how to treat their customers

Went through the Drive thru. And it was a busy evening but as an young fast food worker I can judge times etc. And they were awesome. For how many cars they powered through smoothly. They workers I came into contact with were calm,cool and collected. Looked like an awesome team.

I went through the drive-thru at this location and Angie was very kind and patient. The customer service is always good here but you can feel a bit rushed at the intercom which I understand because it's fast food and they're busy. I didn't feel that way today and it was much appreciated.

Good service, well done fast food. For locations this is one of the better ones for all of Mesa. Clean, well kept. Food is fresh not always sitting under a heat lamp. Tastier than most due to that. There is often a few minutes wait however so not the speediest. Sometimes out of items as was the case with this visit as well (no strawberry cream pies though that was a featured item and the order taker wasn't aware they were out). Manager was polite when she came to the table to inform us.
