This is the 2nd time we order boxes and no collectible. Before the kids meal they were not giving me the 100 yrs Disney toy. Then the Kerwin boxes came with no collectible. That is the fun of these limited boxes, I called & I would had to go back to get it but I want it at the moment not to leave my home again to get what was forgotten.

Totally undercooked nuggets! Really??!!! On top of the long wait tonight, (October 14, 2023), 11:30pm, we also got undercooked food, bread for the crispy deluxe sandwich was hard. Tomatoes were passed ripe. Got Diet Coke instead of regular coke. Not sure what was going on but it was a total disaster. I visited this restaurant every weekend. This was my last visit. Very disappointed!☹️

Worse experience in a very long time. This was an online order picked up at drive thru. Burgers were burnt to a crisp. I ordered lettuce on my burgers out of three I counted 18 strains of lettuce. Fried were half empty. Should have gone to Culver’s.

Terrible service. Waited at 3rd window to be given cold food and order large fries to be give the amount between small and medium. Unacceptable!

This location just recently fully remodeled the interior. We went for lunch to check out the new interior just to discover they completely removed the self serve drink station that allowed you to get refills. Not having the ability to get refills was enough for us to just walk out of the restaurant. If you are looking for free refills then avoid this location.
