Today at 4:00pm September 25 I went in to redeem a damn coupon card I was given for bad service There Were two female managers on shift!. I was not able to get their names all I know the first one with long curly hair was rude and unprofessional!!! She did not like me telling her that the cashier charged me for the food that was supposed to be free with the coupon card And this is how she handed me my order even the two burgers I did pay for. No mayo, no lettuce no nothing on them 😡 they need to go back and get training on how to treat their customers and how to do their job properly!! 😡🤬 Disgusting place 🤮 !! Never again !! But I am going to make sure this gets to the proper place to be taken care of!. They don't even deserve one ⭐!!

I went in ordered my food they missed to do it correctly did not repeat my order at the window I paid at. I look at the receipt and food is missing I tell them at the 2nd window they charge me for it and then ask me to park I said I wasn’t parking. Then the manager comes out yelling saying park or I’m cancelling your order I had already paid for they didn’t give me my food and they did not give me my money I paid for the food. I paid for the food with a card and they try ti give me cash!! Then they lock the window not giving me my money!! They stole my money by locking the window and refusing to give me my money. I call and they say I need to go in! They also threatened me by saying they were going to call the cops. The food they also have me was just thrown in the bag has browns not even in bags touched by there dirty hands

McDonald's commerce City buy 1 get 1 for a buck. Double cheeseburger they treated me better than KFC, without being harassed I was able to refill my water without being harassed

The people who work here pay very little attention to customers. The old saying "Customer Comes First" doesn't apply here. Once your order gets taken the wait isn't long. Food is fresh 70% of the times I've eaten here.

I ordered delivery through UberEats. The order customization by the store was followed correctly, and packed neatly in the delivery bag. This alone deserves five stars given my experience with other food delivery services, and various other restaurants that I have ordered from. The food was still hot on delivery, and tasty. Well done.
