McDonald's

The workers are very slow and seem unconcerned. Not all of them, however, I was delighted there was a worker, Amy Powell, that was exceptionally kind, had a great attitude, and was a genuine hard working program person. Any restaurant would be proud to have her represent their company.

We went thru the drive-thru and the one taking the order was fine I guess the one that was giving us our order she was very rude and disrespectful kept saying huh and when I told her we ordered ahead and we had two orders she got mad and walked off another lady came to the window just as rude told us to pull up and they bring it out when they brought it out the chicken sandwich look like slop something you would feed a pig very nasty they slopped mayonnaise on it and send it out the door like they were mad we ordered something from them very rude customer service very nasty I had to wipe off all the mayonnaise just to try and eat needless to say it got thrown away, still hungry!!!

This McDonald’s continues to fail at basic customer service. I go to the second lane in the drive thru and sit. First lane gets done ordering and no one comes over the speaker to take my order. Guy behind me backs up, goes to the first lane speaker, and has Order immediately taken. I pull around and ask if the second lane is closed, explaining what just happened. Guy over the headset simply says “The back cashier is responsible for that lane and the register and doesn’t always have time to take orders. But I can take your order.” What?! No apology or alerting anyone there’s a logistical problem? This is one of numerous customer service issues with this location. The only thing holding up their business is convenience of no other fast food establishment with a short distance. Throw a Bojangles across the street and this place will yank.

I had done a mobile order online so I wouldn’t hopefully have to wait as long to get my food. I got to the McDonald’s and was told they had no fries and that they were out and because my fries were a part of a deal they would not substitute it for anything. I also got two burgers. Only two. Now I have waited nearly 40 minutes for my burgers and have seen car after car get their food. I would understand the wait had I ordered a large meal but this is just frustrating. I hope that my free money is enjoyed by wasting a ton of my time. Had I not already paid, I would’ve left a long time ago but I held out hope only to be frustrated and extremely disappointed

I came to try their biscuits and gravy this morning which wasn't bad & at a good price also. I ended up also getting a large Vanilla Ice Coffee, chicken biscuit & Hot Cakes Plate ? (it has eggs, biscuit, sausage, hash brown & 3 pancakes). In the past- I've also ordered their Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder w/cheese and it was delicious 😋 highly highly recommend!! I always use the drive thru and all the employees are friendly & helpful. I don't go to McDonald's often but the app for points adds up quickly. I downloaded it this morning, spent $14 and already have close to 4200 points & a lot of freebies! (**side note: always check your food before leaving ANY drive thru, mistakes happen & it can be fixed if you take a few seconds to check your order** only mentioning because others have complained about making it home & realizing their order wasn't correct!)
