I had an issue with placing a mobile order where, long story short, my order accidentally got sent to the wrong location. I came in to this location in Emmett, explained the situation to the manager and she was kind enough to make my order for free. I was quite ready to pay for my order so this generosity is greatly appreciated. I didn’t catch your name, but thank you to the manager here!

I went to have a caramel sundae and the ice cream tasted fake🤮🤮!!! I'm not sure which ice cream base they use but it definitely isn't the same as everywhere else 😯 August 18/2022 45 min for my order it is now 9:08 pm 😡 . I think they need another manager just to get the lines moving . They're so slow. You can literally sit in a diner ,order the food, and take just as long . Someone took out the sign yikes. Oh boy, I hope they had insurance 😬😬

I have noticed within the last 3 months their staff has gotten much friendlier, patient and helpful. It is nice to see smiles on their faces. I know working fast food is hard and they are having to deal with many rude impatient people so, being able to maintain a smile in dealing with that element say's a lot about their staff.

Are used to drive in to get dinner, I ordered my food. The guy was very polite. When I got to the window to pay he said they only had one apple pie, and if I wanted to switch, so I got cookies to go with the pie. I went to the next window. I waited five to 7 minutes and they asked me to pull to the next window. I was frustrated but I did I waited over 10 minutes at the next window. Nobody brought me any food nobody said anything! I pulled up got out of my car went in for 3 to 5 minutes trying to get someone’s attention, there was no bell to ring and no one would come out and talk to me. Finally here comes a person and has a bag of food and I said I sure hope that’s my food that I’ve been waiting over 15 minutes for! They handed it to me didn’t say a word I said this is ridiculous! Walked out the door. Then I go to eat my food. The fries are cold and hard! My chicken nuggets were warm but extremely hard! I ask for honey to dip my chicken nuggets and I got honey mustard which I can’t stand! I’ve paid $14.21 for a meal that all I ate was the apple pie! Worst service terrible food very disappointed!

The Emmett store continues to to disappoint and underachieve my expectations every time I go to get an easy meal for dinner they continually get my order right on the receipt but not in my bag I am having to pay extra for something that’s not even in the bag due to them not putting it ether on the meal or with the meal then when you call them it goes to busy tone they get paid the same if not more than a health care worker but can’t do their job correctly and forget to put bacon on your sandwich or whatever it may be if a health care worker forgot to put one of your grandmas meds in with dinner she could die lol it doesn’t make sense to me I wouldn’t be complaining if they did their job correctly or if it was just one time but it keeps happening so I’m here to hopefully get some attention drawn to the issues and potentially fixing them by training the employees properly or even get someone else that actually can do the job.
