AMY the general manager refused to refund my purchase for items that were not marked unavailable in the app because I used my rewards points for a single item. She said they could no longer issue refunds with purchases made with points even though 3/4 items were paid off my card then proceeded to tell me I was lying and would not look at my mobile receipt to even confirm. I would've ate the points if I had to but the actual money I lost out on was absolutely ridiculous. As were her actions and customer service ability.
I come to this drive thru once or twice every week. Today when I got to the drive through, they did not accept my code, said it was invalid when I got it through the app and was willing to show it to them, they said don’t use scanners anymore for the QR code(which is a lie , a friend used it two days ago while I drove them there) said they don’t do frappes anymore, which still shows as a favorite on the screen where you order). I ordered $15 worth of food, and got half filled and cold fries. In the end, the person giving my food snatched my bag halfway while i asked for sauce and threw sauce packets in with a big sigh. I have a feeling they put their hands in the fries and threw a bunch out and hence why I came returned every bit of food and got a refund.
Never going to this place, including my friends.
Waited in drive through for well over 30 min. After working 16 hours and was informed at 1:08 am that they were cash only at 1am. Total garbage policy enforced without warning while waiting for such a long time cashless.
Called other Russellville location and they were not cash-only. My App deal timed-out once I arrived at other location and had to pay menu price for food. Cash only times should be posted and be consistent nightly. Not a fan of McDouble Standards.
This is terrible sit in line for 30 minutes took order wrong ordered 4 mcdoubles an frys they charged for 4 double cheeseburgers plain got the burgers they were single burger totally loaded an cold frys asked for manger with cost didn't get one payed because we had sit in line for 30 minutes already give food to us it was totally messed up manger finally came up to talk to us didn't offer to remake them or anything told her to give us our money back took another 15 minutes for that she never apologized or anything terrible customer service they turned all the lights out while we were sitting there also don't know if they closed or what but are supposed to be 24 hour i would not give them a single star if it was possible
They get my order wrong nearly every time. Drinks are normally watered down. They don’t pay attention to when a person is in the second lane of drive thru, tonight is the 2nd time I wasn’t taken care of while I was sitting there and another car pulled up and immediately got to order. I understand places can be having bad nights and under staffing is a huge issue, but come on. It’s not hard to double check orders. I’m sure people would rather wait for the right items then to spend an HOUR like I did tonight just waiting in line, going home, and coming back and WAITING ALMOST AS LONG as when I was here the first time. The staff do not care either. They like to continue to make you wait and treat you like an inconvenience. The one across town is immensely better. Save your money and time and go to the other one.
