McDonald's

Wanted to wash my hands but went to the bathroom and it is absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere. I bucket. A mop looks like urine is all over the floor. For people to work around food to have a bathroom like that is appalling. The male manger who is dark skin and a little shorter than me I spoke to him about it and told him I had lost my appetite and would not be ordering any food for the establishment. I went to my car and came back inside to take photos so they can’t say that I was being dramatic and the female manager with long natural hair, she’s brown skin and her hair was pulled back in a ponytail. She was taller than me she laughed as I took photos and proceeded to become hostile and agitated with me for taking photos as if it wasn’t a big deal. Did not get her name but will be reaching out to corporate. To argue with a customer over a disgusting bathroom is shocking to me. She may think it’s acceptable but it is NOT acceptable to me and I have every right to be upset.

so me and my friends went to this McDonald's after seeing doja cat on Nov 19th at 11:30 pm. it was crazy busy and the man taking orders was super polite the whole time! he was super sweet and never faulted from that. he stayed super nice and professional. and who ever else was working made sure that our food came out hot and fresh! and we got it in under 2 minutes! all the staff that was working that night deserves high praise and maybe a raise!

Good service but I'm surprised homeless people are allowed to beg for $$ inside their lobby. He was harassing everyone who walked in, so the staff were definitely aware. We offered him food because he was being aggressive and he declined - only wanted cash. There were also multiple homeless people outside engaging drive-thru patrons. I'd avoid this location.

I came to this location after work at 8am. They say that they are understaffed but yet they all had time to stay in front of the door filming me and saying disrespectful things to guest the sign says 6am open after how they acted and looked I wouldn’t even go thru the drive thru! As a restaurant manager that lives in the area this is wild! I feel like I’m at Waffle House

The night crew is amazing. They took orders quickly, we got our food quickly & the food was FRESH & HOT. Our orders were correct🙌🏽 & there were a lot of people in line so shout out to the workers! They did their thing & handled it with grace!
