McDonald's

Been to this McDonald's several times. I've tried to give them a chance. The food has come out okay so far. Thank goodness because I do not want to deal with the staff. They act hostile when you tell them your order is wrong. Like they think you're lying or trying to get stuff for free. They expect you to use the kiosks, which is fine when they work. If you need anything from an employee. Prepare to not only wait at least 10 minutes for it. Also, be prepared for them to act like jerks. They all act like they don't want to be there and every second is an inconvenience and annoying.

For at least 6 months this store has had long drive thru times. No exaggeration, I never get through the drivethru in less than 15 minutes. Usually 20 to 25 from entry of line to exitingvwith food. I must be CRAZY.

Unacceptable. No chocolate shakes, and this was not explained on our entry (could have been posted on the doorway) Loud obnoxious alarms constantly ringing. When I bring this up to the employees they explain "It's the fries". I'm not asking for an explanation. I'm asking that the ringing alarm bells *stop*. I brought this up to more than one employee and it never stopped. One asked "Is it driving you crazy?". Of course. An alarm as loud as a fire alarm would drive anyone crazy! Men's room smells like a fish died in there, and the urinal is out of order. (I understand sometimes things are out of order but it doesn't need to stink.) Men's room soap is out of order too.

No silver onions . The tiny chopped onions were on there . Took trip back to get corrected . Pat was very pleasant, excluded an apple pie for my inconvenience. I've noticed McDonald's and burger King dousing fries with way too much salt . March 5th 2022 Frank picked up dinner . One of my sandwiches the bun was hard . Like it was too long on warmer , Or left out In the air / pkg rip . The fries are salty 99.9% of the time . I think I'll return there before Christmas 🎄 and see it's the same . Staff and management are always nice . UPDATED ON 8-5 -23 They just can't get it right ! McDonald's Proud Sponcer for high blood pressure due to the amount of Salt on fries 🍟 😕. If you ask for no salt seems they dump the fries🍟 into the fry bin , they still have salt . Too bad they can't get it right . I'm almost dying 🙃 to say something better for a review . Updated on 8-26-23 Took fries back today . Thomas 1 week employee there was very helpful and had the best customer service. He was helping others and I could see McDonald's has an excellent new employee that actually cares . I look forwards to my next visit .

I have absolutely no clue why I even bother with this particular store! In the past year I've used the drive thru 3xs and couldn't be more disgusted! Wait times are absolutely RIDICULOUS. Staff is as RUDE as RUDE can be. NEVER EVER include napkins or condiments even when asked! And for some reason the orders are ALWAYS WRONG! Someone needs to clean house and start all over with REAL TRAINERS THIS TIME!
