Don't need photos it a place to eat this one doesn't matter morning lunch or dinner they are so slow inside and drive through I don't eat there any more but let me tell you there is a jersey mikes across the street now I give that place an 8 star out of five stars and price is a bit. More .the quality of the food is so much better sorry I'll tell it like I see it hope you'll find helpful

While many fast food locations have taken a hit post-COVID with lower quality, higher price, and a generally less capable workforce, some locations have fared better than others. This one has definitely suffered less, but still very much embodies the issues outlined above. The service here is extremely slow, and I get the idea that they are under-staffed at pretty much all times. Otherwise, it's a good location and, because of their assembly line process, the food is fairly consistent with what you would find from other locations.

This place has one of the worst customer service I have seen. Came up to the window and I was mocked for not wanting a drink carrier. Was told to wait for fries at the drive-through window so they don’t have to go outside. When I finally got my order, I asked about the sauce that I had requested since I had ordered two chicken nugget meals and 2 happy meals and I was told that they didn’t have any. When I asked for an alternative sauce, I was given 1 sauce for all 4 of my meals. I was also not given straws when I asked for them.

It's a mc Donald's not much to say however they did get the order correct so that's always impressive. Order was quick ,our drive guy after getting the drinks forgot to mark the do from the coke he caught it and apologized right away before handing it us. We told him no big deal we ll figure it out. But for him to acknowledge this and address it was impressive

My favorite fast food hamburger meal is the McDonald's regular hamburger, fry and of course their Coca-Cola! I like that I can order ahead on the app and either park and have my mail brought out or go through drive-thru and have it ready. It's so convenient. Unfortunately my last two visits at the North Redlands location went awry. In one visit, although I received an email notification and had my finalized order in the app, when I arrived at the location, they never received my order. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to reorder. The second time, I ordered two regular Cokes and one diet Coke. They didn't mark the diet Coke so no one knew which was which. My husband cannot drink regular Coke because he is diabetic! All they did was say 'sorry'. I tried to figure it out which of the three drinks was the diet Coke but it seemed they had given us three regular Cokes. These are minor inconveniences but it's happening too many times now.
