McDonald's

This location is a disgrace to McDonald's. Or at least their workers. I had orderd 7 cheese burgers with only onion. One large fry cooked for two full timers and a large soda. The gentleman taking orders couldn't hear what I was saying. Thankfully the other lady on headset chimed in to answer my questions and I don't think he even knew. The short brunette at the window was so disrespectful. She handed me my bag of fries and with an attitude like I'm putting them out told me it was going to be quite a while for my food. When she handed me the fries I took note that they were not cooked to my specifications. They were not even fresh, they felt old. The girl in the window just shrugged her shoulders and told me she has no clue how long they were cooked or anything. The gentleman that brought me my food was so sweet but my fries? The same ones I handed back through the window. Honestly, if it wasn't for the girl working window on drive, I probably would come back. Never again.

I've never actually felt unwelcome at a McDonald's. I guess there's a first time for everything. I waited a long time at the register without being acknowledged. I know the employees knew I was there, because they were arguing about who would serve me, lol. Then the manager acted kind of pissed when she handed me my food. I don't know, there's probably no point in leaving a review. It was just uncomfortable and weird. I got my food, but I'm feeling sketched out about eating it. Just a strange trip to McDonald's.

The good first. Food was very hot and fresh. Service in the drive-through was very friendly. McDonald’s Coca-Cola is in a class by itself. The frustrating. They did not include any napkins in the bag, and the drink lid was not secured properly, which resulted in me spilling a small amount of soda on my jacket, and not being able to clean it up easily. The drive-through was very slow. They must be short staffed.

While the store was busy I had a simple order yet they still messed it up. They forgot tow of my sandwhiches. When I talked to the lady putting the others together she was rude and said that if I still wanted the other two sandwhiches I'd have to reorder them.

I mean maybe it can be seen as you didn’t clean the grill properly but like I could taste the breakfast sausage grease on my Double Cheeseburger this morning and I’d pay extra for that option keep it up
