Been here numerous times and had horrible service as well as getting my order wrong every time. Most recent visit, sat in the drive through for 20 minutes only to get to the order screen and get no response for 5 minutes, while the other line took 4 cars’ orders ahead of me.
Food was hot and fresh, but I also order my food special, without certain ingredients. Mistakes were made with my order, but were quickly fixed by management with no problem. They were really nice about it.
watch multiple employees walking around doing nothing, you can see the employees in the back literally not cooking, waited over 30 minutes to get my food and they messed it up somehow after taking for ever and by the time my family got our food, we literally didn’t even want to eat, multiple customers orders were forgotten about as well. One of the worst locations ever been and will never return again
This is the 3rd time I’ve placed a mobile order and paid for a large lemonade and then get there and they tell me they are out of lemonade. How is it that something you are advertising as new is always unavailable? If that’s the case then show on the app that it is out of stock. Same as the Big Mac sauce cups. I ordered 5 to go with my nuggets and got told that they didn’t have any to pick something else after I had already ordered and paid for my food. I was just there to pick it up not be told I had to change my order… 1 star for the food and 3 stars for the service because at least the lady in the drivethru was nice but that’s the only positive to that interaction

Floors to greasy almost fell.. long waits. Fries cold. Big mac had way to much lettuce and not enough meat.
