I'm never disappointed when I come to this location. The food is always hot, and even though I had to remind them my food was sitting on the counter when they brought everyone else's, they were fast and responsive. It's a little chaotic in there because of the rush, and things are taking a bit longer, but the short staff crew they had delivered a hot meal. You guys rock! Had to wait for almost 15 minutes to get my order...

This has to be the slowest and most chaotic McDonalds I have ever been in. I have been to locations with more customers such as in NYC Times Square or WDW, and it is still quick service, but in this location, I had to wait 40 minutes for my food. I got my food about 10 minutes after I started complaining, and after they misplacing my receipt a couple of times while putting together my order. I wouldn't recommend this location at all if you are looking for fast food. It also had a line to order from the self-service machines because 2 of the machines were out of service. It took me about 15 minutes to actually start placing my order. I also ended up paying $30 for 3 people, which is no longer cheap, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend this location as a cheap place either.

This location has the friendliest staff that I've ever seen at ANY fast food restaurant!!! I can only speak for the AM crew, I've never been for anything other than breakfast. But when I do I will definitely edit my review 😁. Also this location is VERY CLEAN. The ladies restroom was spotless, the tables as well as chairs/booths were also spotless! VERY IMPRESSED with this location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location to anyone wanting to feel appreciated and human!

I'm not sure why there's a poor rating. I came here in the morning, and the night Manager, Eve, was kind, courteous, and generous with excellent service. When McDonald's was founded these are the principals they intended team members to possess great team.
