McDonald's

Traveling from Florida to North Alabama and stopped here for my one year olds happy meal.. placed an order for pickup, pulled up to the spot #3 and after 40 minutes of waiting we did not receive the happy meal. My husband went inside to find all the employees were just sitting around and two were hugging each other. The male was hugging the girl in hot pink hair from behind.. super unprofessional and no one was working orders. My daughter’s happy meal sat on the counter with a big 3 on it!! The male mentioned with an attitude that he hadn’t had time to work the orders and take it out to our car. We pulled around the other side of the building so that someone else could park in #3 spot while our daughter ate the COLD happy meal. As we are sitting here for the past 20 minutes they’re still sitting shoulder to shoulder with their friends… NOT WORKING ORDERS!!!! What a waste of money and time this whole entire place is. I don’t leave reviews often but this was a terrible experience.

Employees were nice but received my hot cakes at 9:11 was told to pull forward for Carmel macchiato. Waited over 10 minutes for it and it’s straight creamer or maybe even milk. My “hot” cakes aren’t even hot anymore. Won’t be going back for breakfast for a minute.

This place is TOP TIER if you are in Andy... GO HERE. Just do it! A It's amazing. The food is amazing. I love this place I go here two times a month, but I wish I went more. It is not that pricey if you take advantage of the bundles. I usually get chicken nuggets with sweet n sour sauce. They are the best!

Sat in curbside pick up for 40 mins for one happy meal.. went inside and seen the food sitting on counter .. manager is standing over the counter playing on his phone .. bunch of kids at the window playing .. I asked for the food for slot 3 outside the dude had an attitude and gave it to me. Feeding my child in the car and see him making out with another worker with pink hair right in the middle of restaurant.. worst McDonald’s experience for a while.. way to go Andalusia !

Most of the time I have good experiences at McDonald's, but today I really wanted a hot apple pie. They were dried out. No dates on the boxes.. As a former manager from McDonald's I know the process of tracking the food's freshness. I did call the store and Jessica promised me fresh pies next time. I have to call first¿? We all know the concept of providing fresh food fast is possible. However, the human factor plays a large role in the overall outcome. Yes McDonald's tries.
