Not open 24hrs. Systems are consistently “down” after 2am. When open, service is usually really good.

This McDonald’s is the worst place I’ve ever been to no one understands English there extremely rude always get the orders wrong. Everyone in there should be fired

Went in store for an order and was appalled. The staff, I'm assuming, spoke only Spanish and kept yelling at this one girl that didn't speak Spanish. One lady also kept hitting her which was really weird considering the poor girl looked about 16, and the lady was about 30. The whole thing was just awkward and uncomfortable to look at. Hope the poor girl is ok.

Waited 15 minutes in line to be told to order on the kiosk. Employee was to busy talking to family member that came to eat at restaurant. Flat out ignore me, other customer walked out because no one was answering the drive thru lines and had to come in to be ignore too. This is the worst experience I had at a McDonald’s.

I went through the drive thru, ordered my meal and realized I forgot to order a sweet tea so I asked the guy to add it on.. he asked what size and everything. I get to the pick up line and she hands me everything except the sweet tea so I told her it’s missing. She told me she doesn’t speak English and to pull my car we’re they always have people wait when the food isn’t done. I waited there for 5 minutes so I decided to go inside, I told the woman what happened, she went to consult with the women that handed me my food and came back to me and said I didn’t pay for it. She even asked me what I ordered and went to the back for 5 more minutes to look over receipts to make sure I ordered it. I just ended up leaving. 10 minutes wasted for a sweet tea, how ridiculous. I’ve worked in a food environment for years, anytime a person was missing something I never questioned, I would just hand it to them. They doing all that over a $1 sweet tea and has now lost an everyday customer for it. They’re very rude
