Luiz, an employee, was asked by a customer to open the bathroom. He reluctantly retrieved a set of keys, opened the door, and then returned to the counter to take my order. He just stood still at the register, said nothing. I asked if he was ready, his reply was completely out of line. Disrespect, indifference, and anger was his demeanor. He got the order wrong twice. Finally, at the end, he torn my receipt and threw it at me. Pure racist and elder abuse. Fire him immediately
Aside from one emit seems like she's always complaining about something for someone I enjoy coming to this newest location within The Valley. My order is never messed up. I never have to complain and everyone else is always friendly This crew definitely works their butt off and deserve that minimum wage raise!!!
McRib good. Service poor. They were to bring me the rest of my order. I had to go and get 10 minutes later. They forgot. Just think, in January these clerks are going to make $20 per hour.
Food was exactly how it's supposed to be, but the service was not great. They would ignore me and when ever I finally got their attention the would seem very annoyed. The atmosphere could have been better but ofcource I can't blame them fully on that, I don't like that they have the bathrooms locked but I can understand why.
The crew member who took my order seems that he was newly hired. During my visit to McDonald's, I ordered sweet tea. So, while I was getting a tea refill of Supervisor yelled at newly employee in front of me. I apologized to the person for being treated like at work. He said, " it is okay. " After I left, I called the restaurant to speak to a manager. The person who answered the phone said, " I'm the manager. I told what just happened, and she said, " What else do you need to complain about? I took her that I wasn't complaining. Then she said, " If you don't like it, call the corporate."
