Ordered from doordash a few nights ago, burger was RAW, they also close themselves down to get an easy paycheck and not have to work, open 24 hours but lie saying cash only to lighten up the line or they just don’t take or accept any orders, order was paid for online went to pickup then they claim they aren’t accepting orders, they do this almost every other night where they decide they’re going to close down at 10pm, 11pm, whenever they feel like it.

Service at this location is based on if the crew is busy with their own interests. I placed a mobile order to pick up at the counter and had to wait until the crew had passed out their individual Starbucks orders another employee brought in. My order wasn't right when I arrived home. I'm not one to call and complain so this location will get 1 star. Poor customer service with poor food quality.

Brah, you can't even make this stuff up. Like yo, where the monkey dodo is my bottom bun at? And there was no salt on my fries.

I was there for 25 minutes to get my meal. The time stamp on my receipt was 8:59pm, I got in my with my food at 9:25pm. My order was not made correctly the first time, while I was for the correct order my fries got cold. I asked for hot fries, and the manager put hot fries on top of the cold ones. I had to ask for a carton of hot fries and not just hot ones on the top.

The food was good considering that was the only good thing about this restaurant. Don't like using the kiosk to order food, it takes away the customer service experience AND if I have to pay at the register what's the point of the kiosk? The tables were dirty and the customers had to ask the manager to clean them. Being that the restaurant was not busy was no excuse to have a dirty dining area.
