McDonald's

I didn't need dinner but I did need air conditioning. I stopped here and while the air conditioning was working, the restaurant needs a lot of help. - No toilet paper in the men's room. - Overflowing trash can in the men's room. - The exit door alarm was in the Playplace was blaring and didn't stop. - Fries were severely underdone. - The bottle of water I bought was frozen solid. A super nice young lady brought my meal over and I let her know about the men's room. She apologized for the water and returned with a large soda cup filled with water and a straw. A sweet touch.

I was there last night and the front of the store was disgusting so I can only imagine how the back where the food is cooked looks. I order a Strawberry pie and one small French fries and it took them over a hour or more to get my food to me. They had to take my recipe before getting started on my order which was very confusing because correct me if I am wrong but all orders show up on a screen for the workers to see. As I was waiting multiple people got wrong orders. One lady ordered chicken nuggets and they were literally not cooked to the right temperature cold in the inside. Every soda machine in the front of the store was out, and they claim to have no sauces. Some of the employees were very polite but others were very rude. They were to worried about drama between the employees to serve there customers. One employees walked out and multiple customers as well. This mcdonalds needs to be evaluated and possible even shut down it was that bad.

Everytime we order from this place. They forget a part of the meal ordered. Tonight they forgot 10 chicken nuggets from the 40 count nuggets! This has been consist when ordering a "large" amount of chicken nuggets, causing us to have to drive back and get the rest of our order. This wouldn't be a bother if this has only happened once, but it has been consist with large periods of time passed between visits. If you are using the drive-thru you should check your order before leaving as this is a fairly consistent problem with this location. I have had other parts of different orders missing as well on previous visits.

Terrible. Slow. They ended up not having any ice cream so we walked away with nothing. The person that finally helped us was nice about it, but I waited 20 minutes before they told me they had no more ice cream.

A terrible mcdonalds. I expect the ones off exits to have great customer service but I guess mcdonala corporate doesn't care. Clearly understaffed and under trained. Everyone's food took forever. Lots of ticked off customers inside and someone waiting for a drive through order stormed in and demanded their food now. I went inside to pickup (I did a mobile order). My wife and kids were in the car, kids were sleeping. I only got a frappe and 2 pies. I got my order, which clearly had my name and order number inside the sealed bag. It was someone else's food..the bag was sealed so it couldn't easily just peak and I didn't feel like tearing it apart inside because I just wanted to leave.
