McDonald's

Driving home from Montana and thought we'd drive through McDonald's for some dinner. What a mistake 😕 No one asked to take our order for awhile. Then when they did, it was like they had to get us through very quickly. Took the order wrong, when we tried to correct it they said they would fix it at the window. No, they decided that they already knew what we wanted, so we told them no, and what we actually tried to order. 2 Deluxe Chicken Sandwich Meals, 1 milkshake, 1 sprite. Still wondering why they call it deluxe. The bun on both sandwiches were burnt. My husband's had chicken straps on it. They were nasty!

If i could give it 0 I would. Walked in immediately trashes overflowing. Walk in hand sanitizing wipes dried out and the hand sanitizer. Have kids go into bathroom wash hands. Both men's and women's filthy gross. Trash all over ground in lobby and bathrooms. No soap in women's. Husband said there was pooped backed up in one toilet just super disgusting I couldn't even go to order because I was so disgusted. Unacceptable.

Bathroom was clean enough, and I tell you what... That was the finest diet Coke I've ever had. Seriously, we only stopped to see if the Coke was better at McDonald's. And yes, it is.

I don not do reviews very often but had to say this is the best service I have gotten anywhere in a long time. I used the kiosk and before I turned around I believe it was the manager I wish I got her name, was right there to give me my drink cup for my wait and during the lunch rush. It got me to look up and notice that the whole store is one efficient machine. I felt like the manager and every one there valued my time. Just need to say thanks.
