Usually I get bad interactions on the regular visits with my family, but not today. Debby was an all-star! Whilst cleaning she was extremely friendly and approachable, warning us of any slip hazards and wet tables. Her bubbly personality definitely lightened up the whole lobby of guests and my daughter loved her! Thank you so much Debby, we'll be stopping by in the lobby from now on.

Service good. Bread on my hamburger was hard on bottom. They remade and still not like fresh bread.. Will probably not ho back to this Mc D. But in all fairness I gave eaten there before with no problems.

I ordered online a frappe. When i arrived i was told there was a sign (i cant see a sign on my phone during mobile order) and was kinda rude about it, that they had no drinks otner than tea. My points were already taken 6000 for a large frappe. Didnt get a frappe or anything i dont line tea. Didnt get my points back either. Not happy at all.

Me and my wife stopped in for dinner ordered at kiosk then payed cash at counter. Receipt had time of 5:38 pm. My wife went up to counter at 5:54 and asked where our order was. Young lady at counter said we have to do drive in first then dine in. My wife came back sat down and we waited patiently. The young lady came over to us and asked for our receipt, we gave it to her and she took it to the manager Corey. He took the receipt and I watched him slam our order on a tray and the young lady was about to bring it to us when he yelled at her get the fries. When she brought our food to us my wife asked for our receipt back she went to her manager Corey and he had thrown away the receipt so she returned to tell us he threw it away. So we asked her to tell her manager we wanted to talk to him. I heard her tell him where we were but he never came to talk to us. This is bad management not communicating with customers.

I tried to use the app which was the glitching, the manager assisted me and gave me the deal I was seeking. The food actually looked good. I usually order nuggets because the burgers had been looking sad, however the burger I got today looked tasty and was actually very good. The restaurant was very clean and drinks area well stocked.
