Top notch food and service via drive-thru and delivery. Love the cute building as well. Wish I could say the same for other fast food restaurants here.

This downtown location has definitely changed since I remember it 17 years ago when I would frequent it for my lunch breaks at palmer high school. They have upgraded and updated their dinning room but one thing I really didn't like to much was they no longer have the soda machine where you can get your drinks yourself so we had to wait in a really long line behind a bunch of high school students who were extremely disrespectful as they were very rude to the employees taking their orders that these teens were cursing at them. HOWEVER the employees had handle the situations very well they didn't seem to let the children bother them and kept very calm and professional which I think was truly awesome as I myself was totally irritated and shocked at the way the teens were acting but to see that these employees just kept it very professional and didn't let it ruin their day was something you don't see very often. The dining room was clean and spacious and the young lady that was keeping it clean had the greatest attitude and a very friendly welcoming personality. The staff was helpful and the food was fresh and hot if it wasn't for the soda machine not being self serve I would have given it 5 stars.

This McDonalds on Wahsatch cuts corners quite often and has terrible quality of food. I have ordered breakfast at this location on numerous occasions as it is close to my office and have been disappointed the majority of the time. Today I ordered an oatmeal and cinnamon roll and received an oatmeal with no raisins and apple slices that belong in a Happy Meal. They put the cinnamon roll on the side in the bag so it dripped the icing through the box and into the bottom of the bag. Quite a sloppy mess. Worst of all I was parked for 10 minutes for an Ice tea. The only positive thing about this McDonalds is the friendly girl who is the cashier in the drive through. She is always friendly and greats you with a smile.

Everything was good until I got to the 2nd window and when I asked for a sauce packet the girl at the window got rude and snippy and said it would be .15 cents. And I asked her if they charge now because I had only gotten a burger, fry, & a drink and those come with a few free sauces. So I believe it was her just trying to be rude to me because I asked her for 1 sauce packet. Sorry I asked? I really like this McDonald's and usually come in through the lobby not sure what this girls problem was. Hope she has a better attitude towards others.

If I could give this location zero stars I would, came through this morning to get breakfast and figured for ONCE I would download the app and use a coupon (something I’ve probably tried to do less than 3 times in my life), I tried to use a coupon for $3 off $9 or more, our purchase was way over the required amount, more than $15. But because we ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and they automatically discounted them without asking and then said we couldn’t use the coupon even though the total was over $15 because there was a sale item we ordered. We didn’t order a sale item, we ordered a menu item THEY HAPPEN to have on sale. Don’t waste your time trying to use a coupon here.
