McDonald's

Ive had no problems with this mcdonalds before until now. I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up, we went to pick it up. First window, the man said they had our order and to pull up to the next window. Second window, the woman says we don’t have that order, you must have placed it for 9930 W McDowell (we are at that location, its like she didnt know what mcdonalds she worked at) we pull out of line because shes so insistent they never got that order. We sit and figure it out, i have my receipt, proof of the order, im not crazy i did order for the right location. We go thru the line again (its insanely long now at 5:30, order was originally placed just after 5pm, we went thru the line in the first place around 5:15) we go to tell them at the intercom that were back, the man says we have the order sorry about that, we get to the first window and the manager woman basically interrogates us and treats us like were liars or scammers. Examining the receipt, saying this receipt was made almost twenty minuets ago, we tell her that’s how LONG we’ve been WAITING. We pull up to the second window and the other woman from the first time in line says they dont have it. We argue, show the receipt, show my app, they give us our food. They say they were waiting for us outside??? No they were not, and if they were i placed this order for drive thru pick up. Such a stupid ordeal, whatever. But i didn’t appreciate being interrogated. Very terrible customer service, the problem isn’t the mistake or the lack of organization but the way they treated us when THEY made the mistake. Usually mcdonalds give u like a free McFlurry card when they mess up, i didn’t want that, i just wanted to be treated nice.

Today December 8th 2023 Friday around 6:40pm we came for an Uber order. The manager on floor who was scared to give us her name because she knew she had acted with the most rudest and worst customer service I have ever experienced with my husband, kicked us out of their drive thru because for whatever reason they did not want to do Uber or door dash orders. Did not want to give us a reason why and she tells the poor boy at the window yelling at him to tell us to get the hell out of her drive thru. Obviously one wasn’t gonna hold back from saying something back. The boy wasn’t no where at fault. This manager needs training even during stressing times in the restaurant or needs her position taken down. I as myself who was a shift manager didn’t treat customers so poorly.

Don't come here if your black didn't feel welcomed at all at one point the cashier was about to skip me for another customer even though I came in before them and was waiting patiently. And when I asked to use the bathroom she made almost seem like she didn't even want to let me use it even though I was a paying customer shortly after taking my order I saw her go into the back which I hadn't seen her do for any body else's order but mines

This place has very bad customer service. I recommend you not to come to this store. You will have a bad experience. I

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Their customer service is a complete joke. They are so worried about homeless people getting into the bathrooms that they refuse to let regular customers have the code to the restroom. My daughter asked to go to the bathroom the guy said hold on one minute I'll let you in. It ended up being so long my 6 yr old almost went on herself. They don't listen when taking orders. Overall experience was awful and won't be coming back.
