I don't think I've ever given a 2 star rating before. 10 issues today!!! This McDonald's is in a Circle K and I went through the drive thru at 10am on a Monday. 1. Only accepting cash 2. No chocolate milk 3. No burritos 4. No special deals offered with sandwiches for breakfast 5. No receipt given 6. Was immediately asked to pull into spot to wait...... waited an additional 5 minutes. 7. No hashbrown in the bag. 8. Backed into drive thru to get hashbrown. 9. Hash Hashbrown isn't hot, employee says, "I don't know what to tell you. It's been under the heart lamp. I came make you another one but you will have to wait longer for it. " I already waited for hot food that I did not receive. 10. Eggs were very overcooked, not nice and fluffy like they should be. FYI, Jack 'n the Box is one block away!!!

I ordered 2 McGriddles this morning not realizing they were gon make me McMuffins drove an hour and half home before I realized and I’m not driving back out there for 2 sandwiches they should’ve got right this place is absolute garbage won’t be eating here again ALSO NEVER GOT MY RECIEPT EITHER EVEN THO WAS ASKED FOR WITH THE FOOD

Passed by multiple McDonald’s to hit the one next to my house because their hours are until midnight. Roll up a few minutes past 11 and the menu lights are off and security gate is down. Closes an hour early in a Friday night. Pull up to the drive though window and see an employee who looks like a tweeter ignoring me as she continues to clean. While I’m on here, 6 months ago I grabbed a sausage egg and cheese with scrambled egg. Instantly notice my sand which looks thin. Take a look, and not only is there barely any egg on it, but all of the egg is black. Not burnt either. Like they scraped leftover egg scraps off the grill and onto my sand which. Walk inside to show the manager… no words given. They just turn around and tell someone to make another one and continue helping the other guests. No apology no nothing. This McDonalds is by far, the worst I’ve ever dealt with. And it’s the only one in Gold Canyon of course.

I was told this location was under new management and was better than years past. Yikes!! I couldn’t eat the food. After being asked to park in a numbered spot I waited 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich and french fries. I was the only one in line other than another car parked waiting for cookies(they were there way before me). I live a mile from this McDonald’s, and when I got home, the french fries or cold and rubbery, and the chicken sandwich was the same. The chocolate shake I had with my meal didn’t quite look like a chocolate shake to me, maybe more like 3/4 vanilla 1/4 chocolate, but when I got it, I just didn’t wanna complain. I’m a very patient and understanding person but after spending over $12 I expected a little better. I won’t go back :( They also forgot my condiments, but after the person brought my food to me, I tried to get their attention after looking in my bag, but they had already walked away.

I stopped by this McDonald's and this is what they handed me after 10 minute wait, the manager brushed it off by saying its just the burnt part thats on the sides. Had them re-done and this time overdone with the same burnt stuff in it just mixed in better. Manager told be she watched them this time.🤨
