Always have to wait to be acknowledged (have to flag someone down). The food is rarely fresh, fries are always cold. If you go during lunch time, you might get lucky and get fresh hot food. My advice is order everything "cook to order" which takes about 5-7 mins depending on what you order and it's made fresh.

HORRIBLE customer service! Either busy talking on their phones or each other. Short and rude. Very rarely do I write a negative review, but this particular McDonald's is HORRIBLE! And that's just the staff, the food is cold and over HALF THE TIME YOU GET THE WRONG ORDER! If you absolutely have the have McD's, GO TO ANOTHER ONE! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE AND SUBPAR FOOD!

Corporate---you really need to re-train this staff to be friendly and courteous! I ordered at the drive-thru window. Girl at the payment window very abruptly told me my total and yanked credit card from my hand. The pick up line wasn't much better. The guy gave me my food and didn't mutter one single word. Food was lukewarm. This isn't my first negative experience at this location. These employees are consistently rude each and every visit. They act like it's a burden to even wait on you. I have never received a greeting, smile, have a nice day, nothing even remotely courteous. EVERY SINGLE VISIT! Judging by the other reviews this seems to be an ongoing problem at this location. I work hard for my money and prefer to spend it at a location who will at the very least not treat me like pond scum. Chick-Fil-a is direclty across the street. These employees could take a lesson from them on how to treat customers. I will not spend another dime at your establishment. These employees might as well wear shirts that say "LEAVE ME ALONE"! They clearly can't be bothered with customers!

Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits meals. Total was $13.03. There was so little bacon on the first sandwich I thought it had to be a mistake. 2nd sandwich was the same. Lady that takes the money didn’t speak a word. No thank you, no good morning. Nothing. The lady that handed us the food was polite, but called me “hon” about 8 times which I find condescending. Not for me. Won’t be back.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had!!! Refused to make my biscuits, said and I quote “yall gon haf to wait cuh”
