McDonald's

Service and food was perfect. The issue I had was the play place. I took my sister here so she could play and it was FILTHY. Every table in the play place was disgusting. There was food all over the floors, the trash can was packed and overflowing. They weren’t busy either there was only us and a small family in there.

I had some trouble with my app. to use my points and the staff quickly lined it out at the window, and I was on my way. The food + drinks were good and I'll be back!

Came at noon. Ordered through the self-order machine - very lovely and straight forward. Took wait number and sat in kids play area. Order delivered in less than five minutes. Kids area relatively clean. Lots of fun space for kids. Staff kind and helpful. Meal of chicken nuggets and fries was good 👍

Got my entire order wrong. Called and was told to come back for a free meal. (It’s not free, I paid for it already) I live an hour away, I said tomorrow is thanksgiving, she said “we are still open” and then said to just come back the next day. So drive an hour into town to get a “free” (don’t understand what’s free about something I paid for) meal on Black Friday?! Why can I not be refunded? I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but jeez! Nothing simple about grabbing a quick dinner for the family tonight 🤦‍♀️

Ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and they didn’t put the bacon on them, and then we waited ten extra minutes in the drive thru before they acknowledged we were still there. We told them and their solution was to hand us slices of cold bacon in a nugget box to put on ourselves. So then we waited another ten minutes in lobby to get warm bacon and our large fry was also luke warm and not fresh. Will not be returning to the particular McDonald’s again.
