They always get my food wrong, they did it again this morning, got the entire order wrong and when I came back to replace it they took my receipt, gave me the bag, so I couldn’t check the order. I checked the bag, right items, except that they forgot the drinks, and the straws and napkins. And most of the food was still made incorrectly. 0 stars. Jesus Christ what a fumble, didn’t get anything for my trouble.

Picked up a mobile order today and had hair in my burger. Didn't see it until I had already had a few bites 🤢 only good thing is all the drive-through employees were very nice

Ordered curbside but had to head inside anyway. Order came out quick but was incomplete. The server didn't wait as I called our, and once inside still had a hard time getting assistance. Once I did, still had to wait for other orders to get the rest of the meal. Also.... who bags fries like this (photo: laying flat, opposite directions).

I had a coupon for free fries 🍟 and drink 🥤when you buy a large sandwich. I tried the crispy chicken sandwich, but thought it was no match for Chick-fil-A. I still love the fries and a Coke!

The overnight cashier girl has the absolute worst attitude. That mixed with a wait time of almost 35 minutes for an online order, guaranteeing my food is cold before I even reach the window. How can they cry for better pay with the kind of services they poorly provide and we pay for. What a surprise, all my fries were upside down and cold. Disgrace.
