McDonald's

Food was good, service was timely. Person working the drive through window was friendly and easy to understand. I was there during a morning hour rush and the line of cars seemed to be moving at a steady pace of about one vehicle every couple of minutes or so. Property around the restaurant, which is attached to a Circle K looked to be clean and well kept.

Customer service is problematic and the speed of service seems to be dwindling. Going in store is a nightnare but so is curbside. If using the app, be Leary of changes or additions, staff doesn't seem to be trained on it whatsoever...not much training on many situations. Never seen to have a functioning ice cream machine for cones or shakes. Must request ketchup and napkins which is such a pain especially on the attitude received for asking for condiments. Overall poor customer service which has been lacking for some time.

Shut the Star City, AR McDonald's down!!! The one star says it all and I wish I could give them zero stars. The question is when is the last time they changed the cooking oil for the french fries? Or better yet how are the french fries cooked at the Star City, AR McDonald's? Are they cooked in the same way as the nuggets? The fries and nuggets are always terrible (always overcooked and never salted right) and I've had enough. I ordered the four for four chicken sandwich and I'm afraid to know what I put in my body besides the already unhealthy by nature fast food I was craving. The chicken sandwich had the worst after taste like it had been coated in hair spray or some other chemical before and after being cooked. I couldn't pin point the source of the bad taste in the sandwich but I think it was the patty. It may have been the bread, mayo or the lettuce. Everything was terrible like before, I tried them for the second time because I figured it was just a bad batch the first time. The sad part is the McDonald's here is one of the only fast food restaurants in Star City, AR and the only McDonald's there. The pictures say it all, get ready to see nasty. There's bad and there's terrible quality food. The Star City, Arkansas McDonald's is by far the most terrible quality food I have ever tried to eat.

Night shift is horrible!!!!. Takes over 20 minutes to get your order and that's after waiting in line for over 10 minutes to order. Food is cold and disgusting. They tend to make their own rules, like no double fries in the Happy Meals, when every other McDonald's I have visited is happy to.

Yea i'll never be eating here again. Son got his happy meal and told me something was in it, and handed me his box, and there was a red pill that had already dyed the nuggets in the box. This place has always been horrible, but this was the cherry on top.
