McDonald's

This McDonalds Restaurant location was very busy at the time we entered, but the staff was friendly, courteous and worked with a sense of urgency. There was ample handicap parking with large spaces for accessible vehicles and plenty of tables with ample space for wheelchair access. The food took a bit longer, but was served up hot and fresh with a smile directly to our table. My hubby commented on the freshness of the English muffin. The music in the dining room was very pleasant and not abrasive to the listener. The dining room was clean and updated with pleasant colors. The four star instead of five is specifically due to McDonald’s corporate push towards automation. We prefer to order with someone with a smile and hello.

This is the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to and I've been to a few in my life. The food was so disgusting that I had to spit it out and only wished I had a toothbrush to clean my mouth out. I ordered 2 Filet-o-Fish cook to order or made fresh. All they did was re-cook the fish and the bun. And I ordered extra tarter sauce and didn't get squat. I've worked at a McDonald's off and on my whole life as well as eating there for over 40 years now and that is no was to make a fish sandwich much less the way I ordered it. What a waste. Don't go there. I certainly won't!!

Watched the manager, arguing with a doordash driver because they gave the order he was picking up to another driver and wouldn't help him get the order right. Sad to see a manager wouldn't help the guy who was wearing a combat veterans hat. Sad to see a guy with disabled veteran plates on his car have to argue with a manager while he is just trying to make money and feed his family. We appreciate your service even if the employees who work here don't appreciate or respect veterans.

Ordered through the drive thru. Very pleasant employees. Our order was wrong, ordered a quarter pounder with extra pickles. Not one pickle on the sandwich. Too much ketchup and mustard on it. Also Worst big Mac I've had . Fries were lukewarm.

Everytime I visit I have to pull out of the drive thru line and park and they'll be nobody in line behind me then when trying to back out of the parking spots it usually creates a situation with someone speeding around the building, this is not necessary. WHY? When I asked the person in the window they had a nasty attitude. I just don't understand why you have to do buisness this way. 😕
