McDonald's

They consistently screw up orders in ways that I can't even understand. And not like special requests just complete wrong food. The orders take forever so it's not a rushing thing. Person taking orders on drive through on the last time was talking in a manner that just isn't acceptable for any customer facing position. I don't have these issues at other mcdonalds around here so this isn't a oh I'm expecting too much from a mcdonalds it's literally this place that's the problem and after the last time of being handed a bag of nothing but fries instead of all the food I actually ordered, I will no longer be going here even though it's the most convenient one on the way home.

Went through the drive thru here this morning and the line was very long, so it took a while. The staff member I dealt with was nice. We ordered two Hash Browns, an egg McMuffin, and a sausage McMuffin with egg and it came to over $12 with the governor's tariff (tax). That seems very expensive for what we ordered, but it checked out... Bottom line, I can get fresh restaurant food just as fast and for the same cost, if not cheaper. I suppose it is due to the increases in the state's minimum wage that is only going to increase. Then again, with only the drive thru, there is clearly less employees, so perhaps the prices aren't justified at all. This is not going to be good for business, but what do I know? I know my visits to McDonalds will be farther and fewer in between.

I'm sorry but... I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich... And I got Burnt and sloppy galore.. no deluxe anything. Lol Was here at 5:00 .. smh.. but what did I expect from McDonald's...

This location deserves to be shut down and reopened after a refresher on training for comment sense. All these employees show no respect or courtesy for food service or customer service. Mind you the general manger for the family has no professional ethics in his position. I waited at the front kiosk 37min just to be continuously ignored from all staff and used the automated kiosk machine. I then was told what I ordered was not available!! How lovely! Your employee could have told me that for if they stopped communicating on their phones on the clock and communicate with the customer like stated in their job description. I have not once seen any change from the several visit I have with this location. It is only convenient for its location, but not its service!

Bro how do y’all close at like 10 and every time no matter what time I order at my food is always way over cooked or stale af cause it’s been sitting out all day. I’ve worked in fast food and it is not that hard to make some fresh food on a chill evening instead of using stuff that’s been out all day. Store needs to be shut down until crew is trained properly most of ts is common sense.
