McDonald's

Why do they vindictively make my sandwich every time I ask for extra toppings look at the picture because that look like two pumps or 10 of mayonnaise.... I'm sorry you're an adult that works at McDonald's for a living if you hate your job quit... don't take it out on the customers....

I don't have many complaints when we eat here. We always get what we order and the employees are always polite. I rated food 3 stars because the fries always taste off. Old maybe? Or maybe I grew out of the taste of McDonald's fries. My kids love going here though and always want to come back.

I haven’t been to McDonald’s in years and I won’t be back unless I’m dying… trash everywhere, dirty tables, not once in 2 hrs did I see anyone wipe a table down. Food took about 30 min to get to the table. The kiosk also double charged me… had to correct that. Ketchup is only in a package now. There was no ice at the fountain drink dispenser. And of course the inevitable NO ICE CREAM… just horrible and I won’t be back 🤮🤢

The employee taking my order was EXTREMELY rude. I ordered on the kiosk and then went to the counter to pay. Once paid my frappe was not what I ordered so went back up to the counter and the employee that had helped me gave me eye contact so clearly she knew something was wrong with my order. She finished with the person in front of her and then walked away because that was the only person in line. She completely ignored me and kept on doing other tasks right in front of me as if I wasn't standing right there. So finally she walks up to me and didn't say a word just stood there in front of me. So I told her that my drink was not how I ordered it. Again she didn't say anything just turned around and didn't even start fixing my drink. I completely lost it and told her (very loudly) to forget it and that I guess my order was not important enough to fix and that I did not even want my drink fix just a refund. Then the manager turns around (which she was standing there gig m the whole time!!!) And gives me my refund and apologizes. I was being l beyond furious! And upset because I was trying out the new oreo frappe and was excited to try it. Haven't went to a McDonald's ever since!! Oh n the pic I posted was how it was from when I entered to the time I left. And when I left at least 2 different customers informed someone about it. N no one attended to it. SMH. Avoid this location!!!

This location opens at five in the morning and I like coming to this location because it has some really nice looking lady managers .
