Best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's drive through thanks to Mr. Robert! He was patient, positive, and went above and beyond any other drive through I've experienced in my 41 years! He went out of his way to help change our order to save us money! If you're ever getting breakfast around this McDonald's you won't be disappointed if you stop by this location thanks to Mr. Robert and his dedication to customer service!

I don’t expect mcdonald’s to be a 5 star experience by any means… But it’s literally horrible at this one. They are just flat out rude. This was a sweet tea that was clearly the water at the bottom of the container.. I asked if I could just switch it out for something else and she tried to shut the window on me.

If you love waiting 15 minutes after paying in drive through to get your food only to drive a mile down the road to discover the order is completely screwed up, then this is the McDonald's for you. Bonus you will get to wait another 20 minutes while they fix the order originally made almost an hour earlier.

Don't go here they have bad attitudes they claim the lobby isn't open but has a sign stating it's open at 7am. They need people with better attitudes, and they how to properly make something. One day I order a burger the patty wasn't even on the bun, cheese was on the other corner or the paper.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.... Person at drive thru intercom was okay. But I drove up to pay window and the woman was just scrolling through her phone and didn't even notice me at the window. We tried waving and saying excuse me, but she just kept doom scrolling. So I drove to the next window. They handed me my drink and I told them I wasn't able to pay for my food because of the person at pay window on her phone. Then there was some weird stuff going on with payment and I got no receipt. Then I was asked to pull to the front. We waited for quite some time..... then a happy meal was brought out... and we only got half our order. So then we waited longer. Then we got the rest of our order. Then I was told my card wasn't charged and they needed to try to charge my card again..... I drove home and took a bite out of my Mc Chicken that had the texture of a sandwich that got dropped behind the grill for a week and then got cooked.... the patty was hard and the sandwich was smashed. Stay clear of this place. Unless you want to get food poisoning.
